What's a trap "set"?

A trap "set" includes all the things a trapper does to place a trap and make it effective for catching its intended target (and not letting it get away). Ideally, it also includes all the things a trapper does to make the trap inaccessible or unappealing to unintended targets (including protected species out of season, endangered or threatened species, and domestic animals).
