Background: the proposed smartphone app would automate reporting by Game & Fish personnel; for example, information regarding moose health & mortality studies, predator/livestock conflict management, predator/human conflict management, implementation of a Predator Management Plan, and law enforcement concerning threats to public safety, poaching, wanton waste, animal abuse, etc.
